Our pricing includes all of the amenities + services listed below in your venue rental. Prices are subject to change and do not reflect holiday rates. Please inquire about specials, incentives, or customized pricing.
Hosting only one event a day, clients can set their own 10hr time block set around their personal timeline.
It’s your day! So we aren’t going to tell you what vendors you can or can not use! Choose the vendors you are most comfortable with and will open our doors to them all.
The venue is all yours to use as you wish. You will have access to the venue space, kitchen, restrooms, patio, groom’s room, and bridal suite.
Custom 4×4 oak square tables are one-of-a-kind and for the exclusive use to Ostreum clients. The square shape allows for creative layouts for personalized designs.
Black chiavari chairs are available for both ceremony and reception spaces. The sleek color and design give the industrial space a modern touch.
Six sleek black cocktail tables complete your setup and are useful during your cocktail hour.
4 custom, portable bars allow for interesting cocktail setups. Push them together for an extra long bar, in a square for an all around bar, or scatter them throughout the venue.
Included in your venue rental is security provided by FWPD off-duty officers who will monitor the venue from the outside
Clients can choose from one of the following three parking options: attendants, UBER pass, or shuttle service. Ostreum can accommodate parking for up to 400 guests. These additional parking services are a helpful perk.
At the end of your event, all the cleaning you are responsible for is collecting your personal items and putting all trash in trash bags/cans. Ostreum staff will take trash out to the dumpsters and will sweep, mop, wipe down tables, etc.
Through the duration of your event, a liaison of The Ostreum will be onsite to help with any and all venue needs. Too cold? Have a spill? Need a ladder? We’ve got you covered.
We give all happy couples an hour for rehearsal scheduled around other events. We also allow clients to forego their rehearsal and add that hour to their event day.
Each client can complete their rental package by selecting one additional service – 1hr photoshoot, suite attendant, 2hr rehearsal w/cocktails, uplighting, sound system, or full cleanup.
